Our La Cantina Doors are the one of the showcases of our beautiful home. Working with Tim Hoak was an absolute delight. The integrity, attention to detail, and doing the right thing, were all on display as our doors became masterpieces of design and operation. They literally glide with a couple fingers to bring the outside in and allow us full views of the many differing views of nature surrounding our home. I highly recommend both La Cantina and Tim Hoak for the professional that he is. Thank you.
Tim Hoak did an outstanding job with the design and selection of my front window. He’s dedicated to finding the “right” solution - and going the extra mile on customer service. There’s none better.
Beware of this company. I placed a $55k order for Kolbe windows and new sashes from their California store. The order put together by the salesperson, even after asking him to double check, was entirely wrong. Making matters worse they closed their southern California store just after delivery and provided zero customer service. Windows had the wrong jamb size, creating an installation issue. Other windows had improper height and width. Screens, as well as the new hardware for the sashes were missing. I've been dealing with ... read more
