We requested a quote for a new sliding glass door, but the salesman who came spent two hours trying to hard sell us without giving a firm price at the end. "I can't promise my manager will approve this price," is used car selling tactics, especially when you're given very limited time to decide and three different totals being tossed around. Extremely pleased with the service beginning to end with this group. Had 12 windows done on an old stone house. Was concerned with how the installation would go. They were in and out. Extremely professional. Extremely clean. I cannot highlight the cleanliness enough, it’s rare!! Thankful to have been referred here. I highly recommend them.
Everyone we dealt with through this process was great. Although prices were comparable with other estimates we had, we went with Grand Opening based on our interactions with the employees. (My husband and I loathe talking to salesmen, but, we both really appreciated Zach's "no pressure" approach.) Grand Opening Windows & Doors just installed 25 Provia windows in our home in Jan 2026. Zach provided us an honest and competitive quote in November of 2025 and we made the decision to go with Grand Opening. The install took 3 days and their entire team was knowledgeable, professional and expedient but always paying attention to the smallest details.
