Zach provided us an honest and competitive quote in November of 2025 and we made the decision to go with Grand Opening. The install took 3 days and their entire team was knowledgeable, professional and expedient but always paying attention to the smallest details. The service of Grand Opening Windows is exceptional. The men who did the installation were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. A couple of weeks later when a small adjustment was needed on the storm door, Denin was promptly there and corrected the problem. It is obvious that this is a company that takes great pride in their work and customer service.
From order to insulation this is the window company you what to go with. Any questions are answered and any problems are corrected. We will be using them in the future for doors when we replace our old ones. The installation crew is above and beyond they make sure everything is perfect. We could not be happier.
