Best window company ever!! Everybody from the lady who answered the phone to the guy who came out to install, to the boss man himself is super nice, friendly, helpful, and always ready to work with the customer. Also, their work looks amazing. Honestly, the best company I could’ve chosen to do all my windows!
EDIT: "We did communicate with this customer they just didn't like the response we gave due to our back log." My response: We called and left multiple voicemails asking about our products. None of those calls were returned. Only one single phone call was answered and I did not express "any dislike" to the person who said our shipment was delayed. I worked with Sean twice to make updates to my rental condo, and he worked hard to get things done on time during a very busy year. The condo looks great after his work!
We had just a couple of window treatments installed in our home. The installers arrived within the specified time and completed the project quickly and professionally. We were very pleased and will use them again for future projects.
