Grand ole chimney originally installed my pellet stove. They did do a good job. After a season of use had them com out and clean and service unit. Service was satisfactory. Had them back after another season again satisfactory service. I do my own cleaning of the stove myself every other day. Went to get the brush that came with the stove and found it not in the place where it’s been for 2 years. Chris and (David/Dan, I think? Sorry!) were so friendly, quick, and professional. They came to the house we just moved into, cleaned out our old stove, cleaned out and inspected the chimney, and gave us lots of pointers for using it. They even sealed a small leak they found when they were on the roof. Could not recommend them more. In and out, no mess, fast, friendly, and affordable. Thanks!
Wonderful service. They cleaned my chimney and we discussed inserting a now required chimney liner. Did a great job, and I enjoyed the three guys interacting. They are like a family, the good kind! I highly recommend them.
They were prompt and professional. Did a better job than the last guys for sure. Will absolutely call them again.
Don't use anyone else. These guys are honest and experienced. They've saved me thousands of dollars because of some other companies in town giving bogus bids.
