I have lived at the same address for 30-plus years. Always on time with pad rent never once been late. This neighborhood has greatly improved under Cambio. I remember when it was very bad between 2007-2014. Since then, new street lights, new homes, great management, and sure we have rules. However, it helps keep people and properties in check.
