I love the way my nails turned out. The staff was friendly, and there was no wait time. I'll definitely go back next time I need my nails done.
The service itself was mediocre at best. The overall experience felt awkward and uncomfortable rather than relaxing. There was a lot of talking across the room in another language, and it came across as rude, dismissive, and inconsiderate, especially when it seemed related to the service being done. Did a walk-in on a thursday, they were steady not too busy. Small beautiful shop. I was in absolutely no rush so I didnt mind waiting a little bit. Tina did my basic mani and pedi and I was so relaxed. Took her time got every detail. No complaints, I just wanted something quick and simple and that's what i got. I will definitely return in the future.
Amy did a beautiful manucure with dip and cat-eye polish. I love how she carefully finished all of the edges. I am very happy! Today I had matching pedicure and manicure with dip and cat-eye polish! Awesome!!
