Hannah did an incredible job with my pedicure. She takes the time to ensure a quality job is done. Her care and fun loving personality is what makes the difference! The massage at the end was relaxing and soothing. I will always go back and book with her!
I had a very disappointing experience at Grand Nail and Spa. This was my second visit. I always schedule my appointments in advance and plan carefully around my children’s pick-up times. Unfortunately, both times my appointment was disrupted. On my first visit, I was called about 30 minutes before my appointment and asked to come in later due to delays. The first time i went there it was very good. Second time however, they were busy and rushed my manicure. Completely cut of my nails without asking me what length I wanted and I had to pick a nail color in 20 seconds. Overall service was very bad. I did not take an appointment coz last time they said walk ins are also fine. But that being said, if they were busy they could have let me know. I would have waited or come back later instead of ruining my nails. Very disappointed.
1st time at Grand Nails and Spa and I had a wonderful experience! Jen and Annie did my pedicure today and were both so polite, friendly, and welcoming. Annie even helped me choose a polish color, which I loved. The massage and hot stone massage were amazing. Such a relaxing experience. Definitely coming back again!
