Great company to work with. Helpful and great rates on rentals. The ladies in the office were very nice and helped us find the best food and drinks in town.
I’ve been using the national brands to rent in Grand Lake for over 10 years. This summer, I used GMR for the first time. What a difference!!! It was obvious someone local was overseeing our property as it was immaculately clean, kitchen was better than well stocked, and the property description was 100% accurate with no embellishments whatsoever. It was obvious GMR has a positive guest experience as a top priority, a very refreshing experience compared to what I had become used to. Will be using GMF from now on!
Oh wow, the response I just received from management regarding MY experience… please tell me more about MY experience at your location. Usually management responds with “We’re sorry to hear that, please tell us more by contacting us at…” but clearly not the case here. You discredit me because my name wasn’t on the reservation but I did in fact stay at your location, my experience was bad, but your response has made it awful.
