I called and asked about a part, I was told that it was not available. I asked if they had the ability to see if other Toyota dealers had it and was told they did. I was then told that there was none in Australia and that it would be a 4 week wait to get it from Japan. I then called another Toyota dealer and was told they could get it in a couple of days from another Toyota dealer down south. Poor service and in my opinion, flat out lies.
Called to get a quote for work on my 200 series Landcruiser and was told that someone would call me back. Well 2 months later and no one has bothered to call me back. So I went to Diesel Performance Tune at Biggera Waters and they were busy but fitted me in the next week.
I have order part for Toyota Hiace and they sent me extra part wich I’m not order,I got my part and Return the part which I am not order and they charge me $100 for return.😕
