I have been dealing with GMT parts Molendiner for the last 20 years. I have dealt with Matthew, Justin, MIchael and Hope. All amazing people. Knowledgeable and helpful. A shout out to Matthew - he knows his parts very well. Always got the right parts and best advice. I will 100 percent recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good and efficient service. I could give them six stars but I cannot exceed the maximum. Good work folks and keep the excellent service rolling.

I called and asked about a part, I was told that it was not available. I asked if they had the ability to see if other Toyota dealers had it and was told they did. I was then told that there was none in Australia and that it would be a 4 week wait to get it from Japan. I then called another Toyota dealer and was told they could get it in a couple of days from another Toyota dealer down south. Poor service and in my opinion, flat out lies.
