Hi, Tony from the Grand Toyota provides me with a very good services for buying the Toyota Cross vehicle. The vehicle is awesome after driving.
I’ve always appreciated the quality of the actual vehicle servicing at Toyota, and the staff are generally polite. However, the pickup/drop-off service has become very unreliable over the past year or so. In the past, I could drop my car off after the school run and usually have it back by mid-afternoon, which made servicing manageable around family responsibilities. Extremely disappointing experience with Tim at Toyota service. I took my car in mainly for a general service and only mentioned that there seemed to be an issue with the lights. Instead of completing the service I actually booked, I was handed a $220 bill just for an electrical check, while the general service wasn’t even done. Took in my Toyota workmate for a service and explained there was codes coming up on the dash that I had checked and cleared with an obd2 scanner twice and if they could diagnose and could they please provide me with with a quote to get the work required done, instead they charged me $80 to apparently clear the codes that were still on the dash when I got in and says on invoice cleared codes and to monitor 🤦♂️Lady at reception kept saying how would I know I’m just Saturday staff… Ummmm is it not your job!!
