Very bad office management, i moved to grand mission 2 years ago and I did few complaints on a neighbor's that keeps parked cars close to my driveway and cross street from my driveway that my kids they have hard times to backup,they told me to call the police and tell them that!! And I did talk to the neighbor that to move the car , no body care, AND Also I told them the other neighbor behind my backyard there fence is broken send them a letter , they said you go to there houses and try to talk to them, i can't believe that ... read more

Worse HOA management in Richmond. Someone needs to educate them that residents pay for all the services in the community and least they deserve is a trained staff with basic customer service. They have put a limit on pool 3 people including kids which is not stated in any document or emails. The staff says leave have the kids home. When ask for a document or a policy to justify about kids clarification they say they will rather call cops. Disgusting ! The amenities are nice and clean, the pool is in great condition, the kids had fun at the slides, however, the poolside bathrooms are not clean at all, and seem as if they have been neglected.

This HOA is selling this neighborhood like retail space. The traffic is horrendous now at the intersection of 1093 and Grand Mission Blvd because you now have the largest carwash in Texas, a tea house, popeyes, a gas station, Midas car repair shop, new neighorhoods and apartments, and a mini strip. This isn't a neighborhood anymore.
