Don't bring your pets here. Natalie O'Regan is a 'TURN & BURN' veterinarian. Spent a significant amount of money for an examination re. our dog not eating. 10 days later we wound up with an emergency surgery at Grand Valley Emergency Vet Clinic with the removal of a tumor the size of a grapefruit. A thorough exam by O'Regan would have caught this. Our dog was examined in a back room. Dr. Natalie and her staff are just fantastic, very friendly, caring and professional.
We saw dr. Natalie and staff with a 20 year old sick kitty. We knew it was getting close to the end of our cats time. We were met with great compassion and caring as well as a feeling of expert advice. We highly recommend this clinic to anyone in a 50 mile radius. It's worth the trip
