Let me be honest...The attitude i have received from the front desk and the comments the one with the short red hair has made to me in regards to my arm situation unreal saying things like "You cant work or you dont want to work." Um im sorry are you the Dr?? When I came in in scrubs she then was like oh..... This office wastes your time and energy. There is zero communication, and or follow through. I wouldn't suggest this office to anyone. Please take your business elsewhere. I ended up at the Stedman clinic. What an amazing experience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! If I could give zero stars I would.

Dr Knutson is great but his office staff leaves much to be desired! I called for an appointment over 6 weeks ago and I needed a referral, which I got and although I’ve called several times, I’m still waiting for a call back to set an appointment date. They always assure me that they are working on it and will get back to me but I’m tired of excuses.

Really disappointed with the customer service, and reception. The scheduling seems to be messed up all the time and no one knows what's actually going on. I had 4 different appointments booked since may 9th, and every single one was rescheduled becuase the person I was supposed to be seeing wasn't actually going to be in that day. I never even got in for an appointment to be seen for my knee that was kicked out by a horse and I've been walking on for over a month now. Doctor Shorten and his staff are fantastic. They are out of Community hospital in Junction, but they have an office here that they come to so they can help accommodate patients.
