My family came to have a nice mountain retreat and we were so excited to check out our little cabin 12. Two rooms with queen beds, a bathroom and kitchen with a small dining table and a futon in the living area. Some renovations are definitely needed, but it was cozy and we had a blast! There is a Stage 1 fire ban so no campfire, grill or open flame was allowed. That put a damper on things, but luckily there is a stove to cook on that saved our food dilemma. We arrived at the Grand Mesa lodge to find out that they had already charged my credit card before arriving. We asked about the free breakfast to find out that they didn't provide a free breakfast. When we got to our cabin and walked in seeing a table with 2 aluminum folding chairs and a futon that should have been thrown out years ago. It was a two bedroom with a split bathroom. Shower in one room toilet in the other. The toilet had a septic system smell. Like either it needed drained or chemicals put down the toilet. Our s... read more
Very comfortable homey place with about everything you could need around here, food is AMAZING from the roast beef sandwich to the appetizers to the pizza with a great taste service and attitude if I could leave a 100 star review I would.
