UPDATE: Spoke with the owner and he was completely reasonable, understanding and took care of the matter professionally. I would recommend GMCPA's to businesses. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Received surprise billing from 7 months ago and asked for a description of what the bill was for. Peri was very rude and abrasive (since day 1) and then told me that it was for personal taxes. I asked why this bill was never in my monthly statements and then she sent the detailed bill. This firm provides exceptional tax services to its client's and the public. POOR COMMUNICATION & VERY ABRASIVE IN APPROACH… I would consider any other option for CPA after our interactions today meeting Peri for the first time. We were spoken to very aggressively right off the bat for not having her company form filled out. This was the first we had heard of there preferred form; we were never told about any form prior to the meeting.
