Taylor only cared about getting the hours that the state requires. Not about my mental health. Her attitude was rude and not caring or understanding. Jenny was very nice caring and helpful. Doctors cancelling my appointments. And not rescheduling when I really needed it.
They were good with me but horrible when it comes to my wife. They put her on meds thats gave her allergic reactions n then ghosted her when they told her to stop takjng them. Its been 2 weeks n they still havent gotten back to her. She went in scuicidal n now shes back to that state of mind
Got help but moved out of state it was a mess trying to get medical records called many times over the course of 3 years no answer every time no answers and the take my info and I leave my my info get it together you guys aint that behind in technology or education
My councilor was the only one that cared about me. They kept mixing up my team. Getting what I needed was hard to get.my kids team was all changed and it's hard for them to talk to people . Wow they care I think not!!
