The nurse who has appointments always running late this time she is an hour late. We all have other appointments besides you this just makes stress for everyone and this place is supposed to help all they do is cause more

I had to call the Grand Lake Mental Health office in Nowata to send a form to conduct business today. I could not believe how amazingly rude the woman was that I spoke with. I find it disturbing that the people talking on the phone to the public are so challenging to get along with while working in the mental health field. I'm not sure what her name was, but the person who answered the phone today at your office at 1:32 p.m. was unreasonably hateful for no reason whatsoever. Please do better.
