The appointments are easy to arrange via "phone or laptop" as I had few situation of the reception placing it "on hold" for no reason! Apart from that Doctor Cheran Bhanot is a professional personnel and listens to you when-ever there has been any medical condition that required urgent care. He is a caring "doctor" who has looked after me for the past 11 Years, however I had joined the Grand Medical Centre in Year 2007 and it brings it to "21 Years" of being with them as a team! This clinic needs serious improvement in time management. Patients are made to wait far beyond their appointment times because the doctors often do not arrive on schedule. It causes unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. Respect for patient’s time should be a priority, and I hope the clinic works on better punctuality and organization.

I’ve been a patient at Grand Medical Centre for over 10 years now, and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. Dr. Chetan Bhanot has been my doctor since childhood. I have been seeing Dr Chetan for several months now. In my opinion he is the BEST GP I have been to. My wife is also his patient and was treated for severe carpel Tunnel syndrome/ when other GP s at different practices advised surgery as the 1st step/ Dr Chetan advised the use of a hand stabiliser/ this fixed her symptoms in less than 2 weeks.
