Called Mike while he was @ lunch after looking at reviews on here, he was at my door in under 30 minutes. He was very thorough troubleshooting & found a broken wire behind the thermostat. I'm reasonably certain many other techs would have attempted replacing parts before finding the issue. I train techs to maintain Catscan systems, I'm very impressed with Mike's expertise & straightforward demeanor. He's earned my business going forward.
Michael is top notch. He is very responsive and tells the truth about the best options for his customers. Losing AC in the middle of summer is stressful on any family. It’s good to have someone you can trust.
Our unit stopped cooling and quickly got up to 83 in the house. Of course, it was after hours and we really didn't want to sweat ourselves to sleep. Thank goodness for Michael and Grand Mechanical! I had cold air less than an hour and a half after i placed the service call!!! Best HVAC service experience I've ever had.
