Jen does amazing bodywork! I have seen her 3 times for massage, and have been very impressed every time! She works wonders on my back, having scoliosis and a hunchback my back hurts a lot, but she uses a technique that banishes my back pain. I have also been to her body mobility course at the Yoga Barn and found it very thorough. She truly cares about making you feel better, whatever part of your body bothers you.
I went to see Jen for a muscle strain and she provided electrons plus treatment. It was amazing. She was very professional & personable, and she used my history and current activity to tailor the treatment to exactly what I needed. I have noticed immediate relief. I have also attended her mobility class and have found it to be a huge benefit. Highly recommend!!!
I had a deep tissue massage a couple days ago and my body is feeling great! As a mom of littles I felt like I had a lot of compression and Jen was able to work all of that out. She is very strong and knowledgeable. She used PEMF therapy as well and that was small shock like pulses while simultaneously receiving a massage. Highly recommend!! Thanks again Jen!

David is a miracle worker. I was in town for a 50k trail run and had been dealing with a nagging hamstring strain for weeks. I should have addressed it way earlier, but the day before I figured I would see if I could find someone to hopefully provide some last-minute relief. David ended up being the guy. Not only did I finish the race, but my hamstring issues never showed up. Literally not once in a 37 mile run. Beforehand, I wouldn't have believed that was possible.
