Highly recommend taking Jen’s mobility classes. If you’re not into classes she’s does one on training as well! Do something good for your body and go see Jen.
Jen is the best! Can’t recommend her enough. My husband and I get a lot of massages, and we agree there is no better massage therapist than Jen!
Went to Jen’s movement training class at gravity house. Highly recommend. Jen gave clear insurrections, the class flowed nicely and the movements she taught were outside of my normal training routines. Will definitely join again!
The Massage experience that I had was unlike any other in that it incorporated the use of an electron beam or magnetic wave, going through the muscle, while the masseuse manipulated it, providing a symbiotic experience of accuracy on the Massage and reduction in inflammation. Wonderful experience and wonderful masseuse!
David is a most intuitive, personable, and knowledgeable massage therapist. He found “trouble” spots I didn’t even know existed! I left feeling so relaxed. Highly recommend!
