I hate even having to post my experience today .. if hire someone who don't speak English please make sure he gives people a chance to put their bag up .. my mans was super aggressive with me . Like I live in the community I know you can't have a bag and If I do it needs to be put up😭
This place charged me $30 for a $7 gel product at other retail stores. Do not waste your money on products here that you can buy at a more affordable price elsewhere.
You should be fine shopping here as long as you know exactly what you want and don't have to deal with asking the employees any questions. I've been here several times and though they have beautiful wigs I have to say the young African American ladies there clearly lack basic customer service skills and seem to always have somewhat of an attitude that gives they dont want to assist customers.
