I surprised my husband with this trip. He had to turn his slead in a day early. We have contacted your company 3 times to see about a refund on the day we did not use the slead. Nobody ever returns our calls. This was a group of 4 guys that rented. 1 of the guys received his refund but yet we are left with nothing? Why the inconsistency? It was the same group that rented together.
As always, the service and the equipment were fantastic. The sleds are newer and well maintained. The owners are easily reachable and responsive. This is my 6th year with a group of friends. I have never had any issues.
Great people to rent equipment from. Website reservation works great. Trails were in great shape and backcountry riding on 3ft. of snow! Thanks GMPS!
Fantastic place to rent. Austin was great at letting us know landmarks to see along the way and general important information about the towns, taverns and area. Really appreciated that we did not have to get our sleds back by a certain time last day of rental; we were able to return them the next morning, with key and helmet drops, this allowed us to sled as late as we wanted the last day, great!
