Lovely clean and easy access room. Close walking distance to shopping mall. Also close to several take away or eat in options. Excellent greeting and service from the main reception. Nothing is too much trouble. We had a lovely quiet stay and will definately be back when needed.
Service was great. Thought I lost my keys and they looked, and I forgot my pillow and they found it no issue
HOTEL MURDER IN PROGRESS!!! 2 rooms booked well in advance, tried to contact Reception to notify of late arrival, no answer at 530pm. Tried again 45mins later, still no answer, tried another hour later, still no answer. Arrived at 815pm, all lights out in Reception, tried to call the mobile number on the wall, no answer, tried from my partners phone, no answer.
