I've lived here for 19 years and it's sad how badly run down this place is becoming. The owner and So called park manager don't care about the condition of the park but yet can give me a violation today for a blow up pool. I have 1 of the nicest yards in the park this was clearly retaliation for calling and complaining about the managers son parking over the sidewalk forcing the handicap and the kids playing to have to walk into the road. its 94° out and after 19 years of putting a pool up every summer he decided to be a jer... read more
This is a great park to live in. It’s quiet, kept up nicely, and management is wonderful. Standards and expectations of the community are held high to maintain the quality of the park.
This place is ran by two drunks that have no clue what's going on they dont take care of the common grounds but make sure yard across from managers house is mowed. let's talk about the park that hasn't been mowed yet or the play equipment that is out dated and unsafe to be played on, the logs that have be laying down there for months I have video of kids beating the crap out of the .pavilion with them. if for some reason you do have to move in here have an inspection done because the drunk working on all these junk homes is ... read more

The new owners have raised everyone’s rent and are trying to say that several residents have not paid past rent because if rent was paid in cash there’s no record of it, the past managers of the park Debbie and Dave I personally don’t believe logged in the residents files that rent was paid in full, but the new owners won’t go by the word of several home owners and are now trying to collect past rent that was paid and if you cannot pay the rent they feel is owed their threatening to take these individuals to court.
