I want to say that I have hired 2 separate pool companies in the past but Grand Luxe and Beau have blown me away. He came in and cleaned up the mess that my previous technicians left. Not only is my pool in pristine shape and super clean but this is the best it’s every looked. Beau is extremely responsive and kind and you can tell that he’s passionate about what he does. This is truly their ministry. Please do not hesitate to hire their services for all of your needs. 10/10 would recommend.
My pool was completely green with algae all over the walls, stairs, floor of the pool. His team came out scrubbed it down and after just a few hours my pool looked brand new again. Many thanks for getting my pool back in working order. It looks fantastic. Appreciate all the hard work your team put in.
Called Grand Luxe when guest complained about green pool. Beau was at the house within the hour, dealt with guests & professionally dealt with pool issues. Updated me with photos & chemical results. Great company- highly recommend
So whoever wants to use this one man show don’t even bother. This guy Beau did a horrible job with my pool. He never balanced the water correctly and now my pool is disintegrating. My other pool would turn green and he would never get it fixed correctly. I had to switch pool techs to a different company and ever since then one of my pools is back in shape the other one I have to pay a lot of money to get it restored.
