I would not recommend the Grand Lodge, especially for the price they charge. For the amount you’re paying, the hotel is not particularly nice and does not feel like it offers good value. The front desk staff was also rude and unwelcoming, which made the overall experience even more disappointing. I would recommend staying at Elevation instead. Two separate bookings in a row my reservation was canceled when I showed up to check-in. The second night, 10/6/2026, the lady working at approximately 7:00 pm immediately started banging on her computer at screaming at me when I showed her my email with “guaranteed booking confirmation”, then proceeded to call security on me for asking how this was possible. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. After 20+ years of traveling, I have never been so appalled and embarrassed for an establishment.

If you value consistency, spotless hygiene, and staff who treat you with genuine human dignity, this establishment should be your top choice. They handled my file with thorough diligence, kept me informed of each milestone, and delivered flawless results. It was truly an exemplary display of modern customer service.

Not a fan of the breakfast cook with his pants almost down to his ankles, wiping his gloved hands on those same pants, and the ladle that hit the floor and was put back in the container on the line without being washed. Hotel nice location, and room decent, but not impressed by your "open kitchen". Incorrect on the reply below and you can pass the reply along if you'd like as the pictures of the resort match where we stayed at and attempted to eat breakfast this morning.
