Without even staying here, I am giving this place a one star. I came across this place at a kids festival. They were there as a vendor with signs saying Breckenridge. When my husband and I first talked to the lady working the booth, she told us we could get three nights for $129, which makes you think that’s a standard price for three nights, regardless of the dates, since she gave one price. We have been owners at Grand Lodge at Peak 7 for many years. It appears that our annual maintenance fee isn't being used to maintain the property. There are 6 grills on the north end. Of those, one worked until the starter quit working. So now all 6 grills are out of order. As shown in the photos, they are not taking care of the grills. They are filthy, which contributes to them being out of order. I brought this to the attention to the front desk. They said the grills are under warranty and they are waiting for parts. Don't buy or rent at any price. They lie about availability and won't help owners that have already purchased. They are fraud!
