Booked from your own website. Ameititys were completely misleading. Everything on property was closed. Zero dining options. No where was this statted when booking. You charged me 137 resort fee. What resort ? A pool and a hot tube that the jets dont work on? A room the ac dosent work in? La Quinta offers more of a resort.

No food on the mountain in the “off season” of October. I came out for the Aspen leaves, drove 5 hours, and checked restaurants that sat open on the website and google. “Nothing is open on the mountain,” but you will take $200 for a hotel without making food available? No uber eats or delivery from town. They also hold $100 for incidentals- for what? There’s no bar or food available. What a racket. The rooms are very dated. Try Elevation next door for your money.

This place is a dump. They charged me after we returned home after our three-night stay for I don't know what because they won't provide an invoice for the additional charges despite my calling and emailing them multiple times and leaving my email address to send me the receipt. So, I reported the Grand Lodge to the Mt CB Chamber of Commerce: the executive director of the CB Chamber of Commerce initially returned our message and then stopped communicating with us, showing the Mt CB Chamber of Commerce is as useless as Grand ... read more
