The location was good for why we stayed. The beds, both main bed and Murphy bed mattresses were hard and felt lumpy/old. Didn't sleep well due to this. Our door didnt shut open easily. Getting a receipt for our stay has become a nightmare. System was down when we left. Could not get them to just note they needed to send us a receipt, was told I need to call to get one. Never have I been told that I wouldn't be emaild a requested receipt. Calling is a nightmare. Called number on website, very rude man answered each time I cal... read more

We arrived at 8 pm, the room was not cleaned, the toilet was filthy , dirty towels were on the bathroom floor. There was no service personnel on premises. We had to send pictures and wait for a corporate management entity to respond to either change to a clean room or get someone to clean the room. This is ridiculous and will never zacasa
