I go there for Rock steady Boxing training. Brittany, our instructor is great. Always positive and encouraging. The facility is great and I always feel welcome there even though I don’t live there.

I lived at Grand Living for a while, but now I return every Tuesday and Thursday for boxing. I love this exercise and Brittany is the VERY BEST there is at coaching our class. She is very patient with everyone in the class, making sure we are safe with this exercise. I started the class before I moved and feel very fortunate to be able to return and take part is something that I love to do. It's very good exercise.
