#1 they gave way are bus . They come in make changes but don't ask residents how they feel. The food is awfuel.they do keep it clean we have not been out in3 months. I came here in July was told it was good.but I see different. I some time s have black outs. I fell on the floor.and laid there for 30 minutes phone was on the bed. Told staff. Oh I will have to make a report. Did not care. Don't check on residents at night. Am now taking notes and dates this abuse but yet they get paid to do nothing.
