Very pleased with the staff here, who deliver solid dental care and are pragmatic about meeting patient’s needs and special requests, despite being quite a busy office. I am a new patient here and will continue to schedule future care at GL Smiles after having a couple of positive experiences here recently.
The grand ledge smiles has SO much turn over with employees. I've been going here for years and there is always different admins who claim this is their first week..the same excuse was used today. I have got a different hygenist every single time. Unfortunately, there is no consistency here. Today I spoke with the admin about their "$250 lump sum" savings due to not having insurance this visit...and was still told I was all set to leave at the end. Very nice staff. Very kind. Did a very good job of explaining treatment plans. Will definitely be my new dentist
Cute Lil office and friendly staff. My only complaint is they provide services without checking if it's covered by insurance. I had to pay out of pocket for something I would have opted out of if I had been informed my insurance didn't cover it. Other than this, Great dental office.
