Have lived here since the Fall 2022. The park has been working hard to make improvements and bring new homeowners to the neighborhood. Many new mobile homes coming in to buy or rent. This is a great alternative to buying a house especially with the housing market the way it is now. The park manager Donna recently put on a park wide taco dinner and we enjoyed meeting new neighbors that night!
just bought a refurbished mobile home in the park. Donna helped us with whatever we need. They are working on getting more homes and building up the community. The only thing that needs changed is the Fico score for getting into the park. I qualified for the loan from the loan company but my score was not enough to get in the park! This will need to be changed in order to allow more people to get into the community and to build it up!
The problems started the moment after my application money was given to them and turned in, that all of the rules and regulations changed. My boyfriend and I are 20, who have not established credit, nor have any rental history as of yet. We were approved for a loan to purchase a trailer within the park, and so I called Donna Farrington, the manager, and spoke with her.
