Wouldn't rent from again. Rate hikes and charged for insurance that was not needed nor approved
Renting a storage unit has been seamless! The units are clean and maintained and all of the emails leading up to storing in the unit has been wonderful.
The customer service is probably the best I've ever dealt with! The entire process was so easy. I would definitely recommend for anyone who needs a storage unit!!
