Needed a tire repaired on my semi the other day. Staff jumped right on it. Did have to wait a minute for parts to ve delivered, but they got after it right away and even set our company up on payment arrangements for future repairs.

Needed a tow truck in a pinch and they declined to help me. AAA contacted them but they refused to help. On a Thursday about lunch time. No reason just declined. Disappointing. Review changed from 1 to 3 after explanation.
