Terrible experience. I made a reservation through the Agoda website for a stay at Grand Lake & Lifetime of Vacations Resorts. Upon my late-night arrival, I encountered serious issues: - In the first apartment, the sewer was clogged, and dirty water had backed up into the bathtub. - In the second apartment offered, there was a strong, unpleasant smell of mold. Due to these conditions, I did not stay at the property. Despite this, the hotel is refusing to cancel the reservation and is attempting to charge me for the stay.
