Facility is dirty, and poorly maintained. Staff is rude, confrontational and lack any kind of understanding or compassion on what was a simple misunderstanding regarding facility equipment hours and escalated it to the point that I felt I needed to cancel my membership. I'm am stunned at how awful they treat people here which is a shame as the biggest reason I got a membership was to workout with my brother at the New Bremen YMCA which I can no longer do in good conscience. This is a nice clean facility. They have been doing some upgrades as of late. The people are super nice too!
We just visited not long ago about a week and the staff was amazing. We have not gotten new cards since we started and wouldn't you know they stopped working. The woman at the desk was so sweet and got us all new cards and also updated our pictures. The facilities where clean and well kept. We had a blast! The lifeguard went out of her way to get my children toys to play with and even played with them!
