Horrible leadership skills worked there for two years and they go through so many workers it's hard to keep the same standard of work.
Unfortunately we experienced unethical business practices from Grand Lake Docks owner. We had a dock priced on a Monday and went to put the deposit in that Thursday as requested by them. Showed up and had a different price on the contract ($4,000) more than. Quoted 4 days later. Tried to pull a "my quotes are only good for 10 days", not realizing I had the quote in my email for 4 days before. Didn't have much to say after I pulled it up, just said "well I'll take $2,000 off" not the $4,000 he raised it. Not to mention I the ... read more
Nice area
Lied to me during the building process about the progress being made. Improperly anchored our dock to shore causing thousands in damages. Ours was the only dock damaged in this wind storm. Buying a big billboard does not a professional make. Avoid them.
