Lauren is such a welcoming & caring instructor who is attentive to the needs of her class and insists you work to your level & listen to your body. She instructs a basic move and then demonstrates either one or two more options to give each person an option that works for them. I’ve had friends tell her their previous injuries or limitations and she has always walked them through options for them or messaged them the next day to see how they feel.
What a great whole body workout. I love going to these classes they are lots of fun. So happy we have this available to us at the lake. Thank you Lauren
