I got this cowboy hat as a gift and just never felt good wearing it so I brought it in and it’s like a new hat all over again. Nikki made my day, she helped me reshape, stitched the ribbon, patched a weak spot and made me and my girlfriend feel like a million bucks!
Just a great experience. Went for my first cowboy hat and didn’t have any idea what I wanted. The lady helped me pick up the hat, the band and customize everything for me. Everything was so great that my husband was like “hey I also want a cowboy hat”. We got a 20x and a 7x beaver fur on black color. They have a satin liner and leather headband. My initials on gold and my hat came in a big box. Just beautiful and good quality hats. 100% recommended. For sure coming back for my boots and belt.
