I was waiting to write a review for this God forsaken place when I moved out but I cannot hold it in any longer. I cannot wait to leave this place. The good reviews cover up the reality of this community. I wish I knew what I know now but I am living in torment. First I’ll start off with the up keep of the community which is part of what won me over. The maintenance does a pretty good job of cleaning up after these people and their big families. Under the new management of Patty this apartment complex has done a complete 180! She stepped into the roll and has done so much to bring the community back together including community bbq and just recently driving around handing out candy canes before Christmas! over all you can tell she cares about the living experience of the residents!
