OYE! Apparently this place has changed in the past few years. ELS (Equity Life Styles) is not what it used to be. The only good thing about this place is the residents. They are wonderful. The pool heater is constantly “being repaired “. I hear it is so they don’t have to pay for the electricity. Lot rent has gone up twice since I purchased in June 2022 but service has gone way down. Just Beware of any ELS community.
