I have been contacting Grand Island Mental Health & Medical Clinic for three months, if not more. Because my provider used to be there, I have been attempting to contact them in regard to my bill that has, at this point, been completely out of control. GIMH neglected to send me a bill in the mail and did not attempt to contact me when they did not send my sessions to insurance to be processed. Do not look to these people for medication management for mental health at all, they will leave you without and disappointed. Care for patients well being and following through on their word is sub par at best

I am liking it so far, my daughter is doing well with her new counselor. Very hopeful.
