I had a genuinely awful experience at Grand Interiors International in Mizner Park. I walked in excited because the showroom is visually beautiful and they carry brands I’m very familiar with, like Sferra. At first, one associate was helpful, but the rest of the experience went downhill fast. When I asked about design services, I was told they had a designer available. This store in Royal Palm Plaza has a stunning selection of home decor. The owner is one of the top interior designers in PBC and you can see why just from window shopping on the outside. I purchased some hand towels and 2 unique bowls awhile ago, and came here to look for a matching third bowl. It was my lucky day because a third bowl had just arrived and the owner, Brenda Sands, was in the store.
