Slightly incongruous to have a fancy bath shop in the middle of a very studenty area. I never see anyone in there but they must still manage a steady trade. The address isn't appearing in the information above but can be found on the website as 180-182 Crookesmoor Road, Sheffield, S6 3FS.
We cannot recommend Grand Interior Designs highly enough. The quality of the products and the workmanship is second to none. The whole team (design, project management, fitters, office support)looked after us so well and nothing was too much trouble. We were kept informed of progress every step of the way and we had complete confidence in everyone involved. We are so pleased with our new bathroom, it looks amazing.
Awful, awful experience. Great at selling the bathroom and taking your money but after that, nothing. We were told 2 months, then 3 months, now it's 4 months and still no indication when it would get fitted.. No communication from them, we have had to chase them constantly. We pulled our bathroom out based on the original date so have not had a bathroom now for months. Heaven knows when they would have got around to fitting it. No apologies, no explanation.
