Had the absolute best experience with the Grand Imperial. Mel is absolutely fantastic and make the entire process stress free!! The venue helps from start to finish - with the set up and take down. If your looking for a wedding venue that has it all one package and delivers with decor, service and great food this is your spot!! Thank you again Mel - you are fabulous at what you do!!!!
Thank you for your lovely service for our client at the Grand Imperial. Ria and Mel were wonderful to work with. Very organized and always willing to help. We appreciate your prompt responses and helping to make our event a wonderful one for our client. Sahib the bartender, was a huge help when navigating the space during the event and it was much appreciated so please pass on our thank you to him as well Deep. Thank you again for a lovely event. We look forward to hopefully booking more events at your space in the future.
Stay was good and facilities were amazing and cleaniness was also satisfactory. Only problem I face was having breakfast on time. As I was told on Sundays breakfast starts at 7:00 am, I planned to have at 7:00 or at most 7:05am and can leave by 7:15am because I had my exam at 7:45am. Just beacuse chef was late ,I had to wait until something comes and I can leave for my examination. Tent to smsll for wedding ceremony, sound system not great at back end lot of echo, not enough tv monitor at back end only one at corner,need videoprojector for ppl seat at back end to see the speakers during speech.Food is great garden is beautiful and lot of parking space
