Absolutely HORRIBLE valet service, DO NOT PARK here! It’s overpriced and after parking for a week my AMG was returned to me with an awful smell and dog hair all over the floor. We do not have dogs! I asked for a 50% refund and I had to keep after them for a week to get a reply and they refused. I am shocked at their lack of any customer service and will park in short term parking at SFO and get my car back as I left it. What a joke.
Nice, quite clean rooms, but everything is 3rd party. The people behind the reception are 3rd party. The valet is 3rd party. The garage in which they park cars are 3rd party. So when our car was broken into while parked via valet service, no one seemed to care. Avoid this place if you’re driving a vehicle.
Great! Thanks for everything!
I recently had a very disappointing experience with the security staff at the Grand Hyatt. Despite explaining that I am a driver for two pilots and urgently needed to use the restroom, I was rudely denied access. This lack of basic hospitality is unacceptable and made me feel unwelcome. I expected better treatment from a hotel of this caliber.
