This was a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was nice and cozy. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly. The hotel felt well-kept and had a relaxing environment. I would consider coming back again.
The hotel was beautiful, clean, and the staff were friendly. The gym was one of the best hotel gyms I've been to.
I stayed at the property on two separate occasions in February and absolutely loved it both times. The staff were friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed like they wanted guests to have a great stay. The hotel is still relatively new, so yes, you may run into some service inconsistencies here and there, but I never once got the sense that anyone was unwilling to help. Completely disappointing that after more than a year of operations, management still can't operate the hotel in a satisfactory manner. Definitely off the list for future trips to Deer Valley.
