Very bad service. I emailed them many times at the correct email address and called them many times to book a block of rooms for my wedding, but no one replied to the emails. When calling them, they always said the manager was not available or in a meeting. I asked them to put a note on their desk to call me back, but no one called me back. I'm so disappointed with this hotel, as it has the worst hotel service ever. Party au premiers etages dans leur salle de reception jusqu’a apres les heures nous etions incapable de dormir…insonoriation pas faites pour ça…

UPDATE: I called, left a voicemail, called back and was NEVER spoken to by the manager. SCAM BUYER BEWARE! SCAM! I stayed at this hotel October 2-3. The stay was nice, the gentleman said he would comp the parking for us. BTW if you drive an EV, their charging is useless, the same 3 cars were charging our ENTIRE stay, we had to leave at midnight to go charge at a shopping mall for 45 mins.
