We had such a nice stay. Room were updated and modern, spacious and clean! The breakfast buffet was constantly kept in stock with freshness and availability. But mostly, Sophie Ponte was amazing. We came as a large group and last minute but the service was as if we had booked a year in advance. Service, communication and politeness was more than a five star. Thank you Sophie for saving our excursion in Laval. Obrigado!!
The hotel itself looks nice and the rooms do too. However, for the price, I expected them to at least make the room and change the towels once out of a 3-day stay. When I asked about it, the front desk just handed me towels without bothering to explain anything. They weren’t rude, but they definitely weren’t friendly or welcoming either. Ridiculous parking fee even for the outside parking lot.
