Good hotel room, but was really surprised on the cheapness of the hotel in general, for a 4 star hotel I was not expecting to pay for bottles of water placed in the hotel room, and have to pay for daily parking in a hotel I booked. The pool was really nice, the gym was nice, and the staff were friendly.
Bad experience: First, we weren't welcomed or even treated well. It seemed like we were thieves, not customers. Second, the pillowcases in the room weren't washed well, or at all. Who knows? 🤷🏻♀️ They smelled bad. Third, the breakfast wasn't varied, only a few specific items. I think the price per night isn't worth the price for the poor service.
