I had a really good experience staying here for 1 night! The room had everything I needed and the hotel was at a perfect location. Roslynne and Lorraine from the front desk were amazing and accommodating! They were very helpful with anything I needed and made me feel very welcome. I would definitely stay here again!
This hotel was absolutely convenient and a great place to stay. I stayed for two nights while attending a conference and really enjoyed my time there. Everything was very clean, neat and tidy, and the bed was especially comfortable. The staff were wonderful, particularly Shihani, who was incredibly friendly, kind and helpful. She assisted me with everything I needed, even after check-in, and made my stay even more enjoyable. Great stay. Advertised price was reasonable. Very clean. Staff were friendly. Very handy position to restaurants, sports stadium and Yacht Club. Highly recommend.
The reception and on line were very good, helpful, polite and professional. However the room is ordinary at best. The bed had a sag in it, the bathroom was cramped but worst of all there was a very large step up from the floor and over the bath into the shower/bath combo. Close to 1m step over. And of course baths are slippery so not sure why the hight bath tub side height. The block out curtains were very good. But de not worth $355 per night.
