Absolutely the worst experience. The staff is rude, unhelpful, and clearly not knowledgeable. They make promises they can’t keep, then act surprised when you hold them to it. There’s a weird attitude too like they think they’re better than everyone, when in reality they’re just lazy and don’t want to do their jobs. Save yourself the time and frustration and go somewhere else.
My family and I recently toured this Grand Homes community and were extremely disappointed with the experience. The sales representative we met was unprofessional, rude, and showed little interest in helping us. When we asked her specific questions about the homes and community, we were either brushed off or given vague, uncertain answers. At no point did we feel welcomed or valued as potential buyers. Grand Homes is one of the top local builders in the DFW area, known for their beautiful homes. Michelle, our sales representative, was incredibly knowledgeable and approachable, guiding us seamlessly through the custom/spec home process. She made the offer-to-close experience smooth and ensured the deal met our expectations. Highly recommend!

Michelle was amazing. My fiance and I walked in right at closing for some design assistance and she waa very helpful and patient. Didn't even mind staying late for us.
